RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 30 days from the date of receiving the product. If 30 days have gone by since your item was shipped to you, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging, with no smudging or fingerprints. If the product you receive is broken or defective, on delivery, we will send a free replacement or provide a full refund.


EXCHANGES

  • If you find that you want a different style, you can get it exchanged if the product is still unused, in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging, with no smudging or fingerprints. For exchanges, you are responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective.


REFUNDS (if applicable)

  • If you wish to return the item for a refund, you are responsible for all shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your item. If you are approved a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
